ABOUT THE INSPECTOR
Cody has 10 years of trade experience as a licensed Commercial and Residential Red Seal Electrician. He has experience with being an Electrical Foreman for the new Tim Hortons/Canco station in Oliver, townhouse complexes, condo buildings, 20+ brand new houses and a variety of different types of renovations around the South Okanagan. He has combined his trade knowledge with home inspection certification by Carson Dunlop, a leader in the Canadian home inspection field for over three decades. After completing the Carson Dunlop courses, Cody became an associate member of the Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia (HIABC). He travelled around the province learning from different HIABC field trainers to gain a well-rounded approach to home inspection and see how houses operate in different climates.
Cody was born and raised on Vancouver Island but moved to Penticton to start his electrical career in 2011. Cody enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his family and two dogs.
